Made To Order

To minimise our environmental impact, some of items are made to order. Some of them are printed, some are fired in a kiln, some are cut (depending what it is).

These items are non-refundable unless they are faulty. 

Please allow extra time for these items to be prepared, we'll let you know when they are dispatched. Once production has commenced, we cannot refund your order.
