Domestic shipping costs and estimates

Shipping costs for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any overcharge in shipping costs will be refunded minus packing and handling fees.

Will my order be shipped in one box?

If you order contains a combination of fragile and heavy duty items (eg. handmade pottery and kiln shelves) they will be sent in separate boxes. This is to ensure that fragile items are not damaged in transit. 



How long does it take to process an order?

Gift card orders are processed automatically and are sent by email only.

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order (excluding weekends and holidays). If the item is made to order, the information in the shop listing will state how long it can take before we can ship the item to you. We're a small company with human hands (no robots). We ship items at least once a week.

If we have a high volume of orders, it may take us longer to process your order.

Please allow up to two weeks for kiln shelves to be dispatched.

 

Where do you ship to?

All of our items are available to ship to the UK.

At present, our stickers are available to ship to Canada, USA, Australia and New Zealand.
Some items cannot be shipped internationally for safety reasons.

Kiln shelves are currently not available for international delivery.

As we grow, we'll ship more items internationally.

 

Where do you ship from?

We ship our orders from Stoke-on-Trent, UK. 


How long will it take for me to receive my order? 

UK

If you live in mainland UK you'll receive your order quicker than if you live on the Shetland Islands.

Once orders are dispatched, we'll confirm which delivery method your package has been shipped by and when to expect your order to arrive. Large bulky deliveries may take up to a week to arrive by courier.

If there are any postal service problems or any circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, it may take longer for your order to arrive

International

We currently ship our stickers to Canada, USA, Australia and New Zealand.

At this time we do not ship to European countries.

If you are outside of Europe, and would really like to purchase an item, do contact us and we may be able to arrange. 


Local delivery

We currently do not offer a local delivery service.


Local pick-up

We currently do not offer a local pick-up service.


International shipping

We currently ship our stickers to Canada, USA, Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred when your package reaches your country. Box O Fun are not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer.  Import duties must be paid to your customs department in order for items to be delivered. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status. Please allow up to 48 for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@boxofun.co.uk with your name and order number and we will look into this for you. 


Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship items to P.O. Boxes.

 

Digital services

Delivery for digital services are free.

 

Refunds, returns and exchanges

Please check our refund policy for more information. 

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@boxofun.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
